Abstract
Two cases of benign Osteoblastoma in sixteen and nineteen years-old females localised in the spine are reported. The most significant clinical findings are pain, scoliosis and paraperesia and its localization in the posterior arch of vertebral arch of thoracic and lumbar spine, therefore the radiographic difficulties for its diagnosis. Osteolisis without sclerosis is the most typical radiological finding. In both cases good late results were achieved by the ressection of tue tumor. A bibliographic review of this tumor localization is made.
