Abstract

We show a colchine case report in a patient automedicated during a gout attack, but following the posology contained in the patient information leaflet, because of a probable printing error. That brings us the chance to make a rewiew about a very frecuet drug for a quite prevalent patology, in which the narrow therapeutic margin is one of its defining features and that consecuently demands a right knowledge of its management and a careful education of the patient.
