Zusammenfassung
The biographical story consists of the narration in first person of a lived experience, constituting a very rich tool to know experiences, experiences and perceptions of a fact and/or trajectory. This story presents what lives, thinks and perceives a nursing supervisor. It narrates what considers that it is fundamental to make his work, problems in its daily activity, etc. Through the interview glimpses the importance that gives this nursing supervisor to the work party, to the personal relations and the communication between its members.
