The Covid-19 pandemic has generated a significant change in management and daily healthcare globally at all levels of the organization with an impact on the feeling of fatigue and motivation of professionals. In this context, it is essential for health care managers to monitor working conditions, because a healthy organization is a more effective and productive, and, in addition, the style of leadership influences the quality of work environments. Likewise, it is also necessary to consider the positive practice environment as a means to improve health outcomes, identify areas for improvement and facilitate the evaluation of interventions. Therefore, the OSI Araba Quality Unit considers the need to identify strategies adapted to the post-COVID situation to improve professional motivation and satisfaction and advance quality profes-sional practice that results in better patient outcomes. as support for the processes of improvement of health results in which it collaborates. To achieve this objective, a study with a mixed design is proposed, with a quantitative and a qua-litative part, for which it is structured in 2 phases. In the first one, a diagnosis of the professional practice environment of Nursing in OSI Araba is proposed. The second phase seeks to identify initiatives to improve the practice environment and propose a Leadership Development Plan adapted to the post-COVID situation.
