Sobre «objetivo motor» y la vigencia de la praxiología motriz: Análisis crítico de una no-crisis

For some time now, the concept of "motor objective" has been promoted as a principle ofidentification and analysis of physical activities and sports and a criterion for the organization of physicaleducation. After an exhaustive analysis of the Wikipedia entry with the same name, it is concluded that itsdefinition is ambivalent and unstable and that its use results in a diffuse and incoherent corpus of activities,an undifferentiation of motor action processes and motor intervention processes, a confusion over basic praxiological concepts, and an omission of many elementary praxiological concepts. An assessment of theconvenience of the concept, both epistemological and institutional, and a clear commitment to motorpraxeology as a constitutive reference of motor education is deemed essential
