Zusammenfassung

The number of Voluntary Interruptions of Pregnancy in La Rioja has been significantly increased in recent years, which has a significant impact on both women’s reproductive health and on the national economy, due to the cost involved. This fact should make us reflect on the need to design and implement more effective policies for the prevention of unwanted pregnancy, such as the design of strategic plans for sexual and reproductive education and facilitate the financing of all contraceptive methods.
