Abstract
A large part of the medications used on a daily basis, such as psychotropic drugs, are still "dirty" drugs, which act with the tactics of shooting. And is that each time a molecule comes into contact with the body resembles a cloud of projectiles hitting different targets (receptors), desired or not. The shot that hits the desired target will produce the therapeutic effect, but the many others that affect other systems or biochemical reactions will give rise to the plurality of secondaries that so often make drugs a problem. In this article, we review the impact of some of these drugs on the environment.
