Abstract

The concentrations of As, Cd, Cu, TI and Zn of white poplar lee.vesincreased in sludge e.fi'ccted soils, in relation to those registered in anune.fi'ected soil. This was not so for Pb. Nevertheless, the concentrations of these trace elemcnts (Pb included) were, in general, somewhat lower in thc sccond year studied, tendency to be confinncd in the future.
