Résumé
An equivalent energy release rate is proposed to analyze I/II mixed-mode interlaminar fracture. Different tests in ENFR configuration with unidirectional composite laminate specimens are carried out in order to validate the proposed approach. Based on the values of the equivalent energy release rate during all the crack propagation, whether this approach will be considered a material property or not will be assessed.
