Abstract

A 62 year old woman with a right oophorectomy for endometriosis, for 20 years, with no history of interest, who attended her health center referring a tumor in the right lower quadrant without referring pain or other symptoms in the medical history of the devices. An ultrasound at the health center revealed an image compatible with lymphadenopathy, unstructured and without flow, so it was decided to consult the internal medicine service, who requested a computerized axial tomography (CT) scan, which confirmed that it was a Nuck cyst. Because the patient was asymptomatic, surgical intervention was not offered and a follow up was chosen.
